What is Worry-Free Delivery?

Worry-Free Delivery can be added at checkout to protect your order from theft, damage, or loss during transit. If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can easily report an issue to Seel via the Seel Resolution Center.

Why is there tax on my Worry-Free Delivery?

Worry-Free Delivery is a premium service provided at checkout, it is subject to local laws that may require sales tax to be applied to service-based additions like Seel.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

You can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

You can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

You can report a loss 10 days after the date of shipment through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on your order confirmation email.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage. For lost packages, you may file a claim 10 days after the original ship date for domestic orders, or after 30 days from the original ship date for international orders.

When will I receive my Worry-Free Delivery payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1-2 hours following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1-2 hours following return acceptance

Can I cancel Seel's Worry-Free Delivery from my order?

After purchasing Worry-Free Delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Seel. You can cancel your coverage within 24 hours via the link in that email or through the Seel Resolution Center. If your entire order is canceled, your protection fee will be fully refunded.

Does Seel cover cases where an item is not shipped out?

No. Seel's Worry-Free Delivery only provides coverage for items that have been fulfilled and shipped out to a customer. If an item is not shipped out by your company, you will need to directly support the customer.

Can I add Worry-Free Delivery after checkout?

No. Worry-Free Delivery can only be added during checkout and can’t be added after an order is completed.
